Cherry Tomato Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 cherry tomatoes
    7 1/2 oz. tuna
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    heavy cream to moisten (about 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Cut a thin slice from stem end of each tomato.
    Remove pulp and invert on paper towel to drain.
    Combine all other ingredients to form a consistency.
    Stuff tomatoes using a small spoon. Garnish with parsley.
    Make ahead and chill.
    Yields 40.
