Filled Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 containers large mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
horseradish to taste
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and remove stems from caps.
Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Add sour cream and horseradish. Spoon mixture into caps to fill.
Place on broiler pan.
Broil until top of mushrooms turn light brown.
