Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 lb. hamburger
    3 onions, thickly sliced
    1/3 c. Minute rice
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Coarsely slice cabbage in deep, greased baking dish.
    Slightly brown meat and onions; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add uncooked rice into meat mixture and stir.
    Pour this over cabbage.
    Mix together tomatoes and catsup.
    Pour over meat, onions and cabbage (do not stir).
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
