Frozen Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 firm green tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    frying chickens, cut up
    flour
    black pepper
    shortening
    sage or poultry seasoning
    salt
Preparation
    Mix the flour, salt, pepper and seasoning together. Shake all water off chicken. Dip in the dry mix and fry until done, about 30 minutes.
    Place in a clean, dry hot canning jar. Cover with the hot oil or shortening you fried the chicken in and seal.
