My Mom'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel and slice apples and place in 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together next 4 ingredients. Add egg and blend until mealy. Sprinkle on top of apples. Melt margarine and add cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over top of egg mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
