Grape Velvet Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsweetened grape juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine fruit juice, sugar and lemon juice.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add whipping cream; stir until well blended.
    Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until almost firm.
