Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken or 1 medium baking hen
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 or 3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Mix by hand with sour cream and soups.
    Spread into casserole dish and top with crackers.
    Melt butter and pour on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Can be frozen until needed.
    Delicious with salad, green peas and rice or potatoes.
