Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped cashews
1 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sesame seed
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. grapes (optional)
Preparation

Saute sesame seed in butter; add remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Pour over diced chicken; toss lightly.
Serves 10.
