Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium brisket
    3 Tbsp. tenderizer
    3 Tbsp. Tony Chachere seasoning
    4 large pork chops
    5 lb. charcoal
Preparation
    Cut most of the fat from brisket.
    Rub in tenderizer and Creole seasoning, then roll and tie.
    Place on upper rack of Cajun cooker.
    Place 4 pork chops on upper end of brisket.
    After coals are burning good, place Cajun cooker over coals and place water in pan.
    Allow to cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, depending upon heat and size of brisket.
    Cut and serve.
