Bul-Gogi(Barbecued Beef) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 25 oz. beef
5 to 6 Tbsp. soybean sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 each onion, sliced
1 tsp. white wine
Preparation

Put chopped green onion, soybean sauce, sugar, sesame oil and black pepper in a big pot and mix them together well.
Add wine. Place sliced beef (not too thin) in the sauce mix and have it soaked (at least one good hour).
Take slices out one by one and put them on the grill and you're set.
