Blender Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place eggs, milk, cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and cornstarch in blender container; blend 5 minutes.
    Pour batter into greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Evenly spoon pineapple on batter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Chill before serving (preferably overnight).
