Country Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. sausage
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
1/4 c. green bell pepper
1/4 c. red bell pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble, then drain.
Mix cheese and sausage.
Sprinkle in pie shell.
Beat eggs lightly and combine remaining ingredients.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool on rack 10 minutes.
