Orange Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    6 egg whites
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add peel and juice; beat until thick. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar and the salt. Carefully fold in flour. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar; beat to soft peaks. Gradually add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Thoroughly fold whites into yolk mixture. Bake in ungreased 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done. Invert pan and cool. Slice cake and serve with 2 tablespoons of Orange Angel Fluff topping (recipe follows).
