Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar in bowl.
Blend in butter.
Pat evenly in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and salt.
Pour over baked crust and return to oven 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and cut in squares.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
