Lime Ribbon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1/2 c. fruit juice or water
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    few drops lemon juice
    1 c. chilled whipping cream
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bake cake mix (per box instructions) in 9-inch layer pans. Cool.
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in fruit juice; chill until thickened but not set.
    Stir in pineapple, nuts and lemon juice.
    Place 2 strips of aluminum foil in each of the pans.
    Place the cake in the pans.
    Put gelatin mixture on the cake layers.
    Chill until firm.
    In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until stiff. With foil strips, lift cake out and stack.
    Frost sides with whipped cream.
    Refrigerate.
