My Daughter'S Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening with fork until finely made pieces. Add other ingredients; mix until combined.
    (May need a bit more water.)
    Form a large ball and divide into 4 or 5 pieces.
    Form into balls and flatten slightly.
    Wrap each in Saran Wrap.
    Keeps very well frozen for 3 months.
    Makes 5 pie crusts.
