Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes whole, then cool, peel and dice them.
    Mix with the rest of ingredients.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
