Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 carrot, grated fine
    2 tsp. chopped pimentos
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (green bag)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper and butter until tender; drain.
    Melt margarine and mix with 1/2 of dressing and other ingredients.
    Mix the other 1/2 of the dressing with 1 stick margarine and mix separately.
    Spoon squash mixture into greased casserole dish.
    Top with remaining dressing and margarine mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
