Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak raisins in water until soft, then drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
