Jellied Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope (small box) diet raspberry gelatin
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Let cool. Refrigerate until consistency of egg whites.
    Add fruits and celery.
    Stir well. Pour into pan or molds and refrigerate until set.
