Salmon And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour.
    Gradually add milk; cook and stir until mixture is thick and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package.
    Drain salmon; sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, alternate layers of noodles, salmon, parsley and onion and white sauce.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake about 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until bubbly hot.
    Makes 8 servings.
