Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
    12 cabbage leaves
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water.
    Let stand.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place portion in center of each cabbage leaf.
    Fold sides of leaf over meat.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick. Brown in large skillet or Dutch oven with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 large can tomato sauce and 1 large can of tomato paste, 2 cans of water, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix this together before adding to cabbage rolls.
    Cook on low heat for about 2 hours; if necessary, add more water during cooking.
