Chicken With Carrots And Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 c. water plus 2 Tbsp. water
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 c. uncooked pasta (rotini or twirls)
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 4-quart saucepan.
    Add onion and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
    Add chicken, carrots, parsley, tarragon and pepper.
    Cook until chicken is lightly browned.
