Blender Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 stick oleo
    pinch of nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together in blender for 3 minutes.
    Pour in pan sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May use coconut instead of nutmeg.
