Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced celery
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Drain.
    Mix together other ingredients except noodles and place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with noodles and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more.
