Okra-And-Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

vegetable cooking spray
3 c. sliced fresh okra
2 oz. chopped Canadian bacon
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Coat a 1 3/4 quart casserole with cooking spray.
Layer half of\tokra, bacon, tomato and onion slices.
Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon
pepper.
Repeat
layers.\tSprinkle
water
over vegetables.
Cover\tand
bake
at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Yield:
6 (2/3 cup) servings.
