Chicken Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salad oil
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Beat until fluffy the eggs.
Add sugar, milk and salad oil. Mix ingredients and add flour, baking powder and salt.
Continue mixing until smooth.
