Orange Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. orange rind
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped dates

Preparation

Roll nuts and dates in 1/2 cup flour and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Beat until fluffy.
Add orange rind.
