Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes
    1 1/2 c. Oriental style vegetables
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or seasonings
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add Crab Delights and vegetables; stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Add seasonings; cook 1 minute more.
    Garnish with chow mein noodles.
    Serve immediately or over rice.
