Barbecued Beef Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded, cooked beef or pork
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In a large skillet, combine beef, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, water, vinegar and margarine.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Add salt, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until desired consistency.
Serve on hamburger buns.
