Quick French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, place warm water.
    Add salt and sugar. Sprinkle in dry yeast.
    Allow yeast to dissolve.
    Stir in flour; mix into dough.
    Cover and let rise 25 minutes or more (about double).
    Form into 2 loaves.
    Place on greased cookie sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable spray and then dusted with cornmeal.
    Slash loaves and brush with water.
    Let rise 5 minutes or more.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes with a pan of water in oven.
