Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) box pistachio pudding
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. oil
    3 to 4 drops green food coloring
    4 eggs (one at a time)
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. finely chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, place the cake mix, pudding, water, oil and food coloring.
    Mix well, then add the eggs and extract; beat at low speed for 5 minutes.
    Add pistachio nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack and cool completely.
    Frost with your favorite icing. Sprinkle chopped pistachio nuts on top.
