Scallops Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat vegetable oil and butter.
    Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
    Add scallops, toss and saute until opaque, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
