Could Be Bojangles' Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    squeeze butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry blender.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Turn out on lightly floured board.
    Handle gently and make into a ball. Pat out.
    Cut.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Dribble with a squeeze butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
