Fresh Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    100 gm. fresh shrimp, chopped
    4 c. shrimp juice or water
    1 c. young corn, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ajinomoto
    2 c. young pepper leaves
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions in oil.
    Add shrimp and shrimp juice. Combine corn and simmer until tender.
    Season salt and ajinomoto. Add young pepper leaves 3 minutes before removing from fire.
