Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

round steak
flour
salt
pepper
Preparation

Start with quarter inch round steak, cut into serving size pieces.
Use carpenter type hammer and pound heavily on both sides.
Stick under cold water and get real wet.
Flour very heavily.
Place in skillet with cooking oil and fry at high temperature, turning only one time.
Salt and pepper to taste.
If this is done right, the steak will melt in your mouth.
