Santa Fe Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    1/4 c. pine nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add chicken (skinned and cut in large pieces).
    Cook until browned (10 to 12 minutes).
    Salt and pepper. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add mushrooms to skillet and saute 3 minutes.
    Scatter mushrooms over chicken and pour chicken broth over all.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
