Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs, flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add chopped apples, pecans and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in angel food cake pan.
