Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar and lemon juice; boil for 2 minutes. Soak gelatin in cold water; then add to hot mixture.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate for 12 hours.
