Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. pork roast
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Roast pork at 375\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours until done.
    Cool slightly and shred pork.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over shredded pork.
    Freeze, if desired.
    Heat up in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes.
