Cranberry Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1-3/4 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cranberry sauce. Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice.
Chill until partially set and stir in nuts.
Pour into 11 x 7 x 2 dish.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
