Mashed Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 grated carrot
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 beef or chicken bouillon (optional)
Preparation

Saute carrot and onion in melted butter.
Add balance of ingredients and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For richer flavor, add the chicken or beef bouillon.
