Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced (1/4-inch thick)
    3 medium onions, sliced
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix beef, milk, crumbs, ketchup and salt in bowl.
    Shape into loaf; place in middle of a 13 x 2 x 2-inch pan or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place vegetables in layers around loaf.
    Mix the dried parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grains of pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the vegetables.
    Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil; bake until vegetables are done.
    Uncover; bake 10 more minutes to brown meat.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
