Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa. (Mix these 2 before adding.) Add milk, eggs and vanilla and stir well. Pour in unbaked pie shell.\tBake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is brown and pie sets or toothpick comes out clean when put in center of pie.
