Sweet And Sour Pork (Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork (or chicken), cut in 3/4 inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 firm medium tomato, cubed
    1 can pineapple chunks, cut in half
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Heat a heavy pan or electric skillet.
    Add oil and heat.
    Add pork and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Cover, turn heat to medium and cook 5 minutes.
    Uncover; add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
    Add tomato and pineapple chunks; cook for 1 minute.
    Add water chestnuts.
    Meanwhile, you have put the cornstarch in a little bowl, added the soy sauce, vinegar and water and mixed them well.
    Add this mixture to the pot and cook, stirring, until thickened.
    This recipe will probably be enough for only 3 or 4, so double it for 6 or 8, and serve with rice.
