Teriyaki Winger Dingers - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 c. dry sherry
4 Tbsp. honey, warmed in micro 20 seconds
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Meat:
Recipe is for chicken wings, but recipe also works well for other cuts of chicken or you can slice beef into thin strips and skewer.
For wings, plan on 2 to 3 pounds for 4 to 6 people.
