Potato Spinach Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. raw, chopped spinach
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Combine all except eggs. Blend in 4 egg yolks.
    Beat 4 whites until stiff. Fold into mixture.
    Pile lightly into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden, about 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
