Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. Granny Smith peeled apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to egg mixture.
Fold in vanilla, apples and pecans.
Bake in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool before icing.
