Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 minced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    Crisco (for frying)
Preparation
    Drain salmon; set aside 2 tablespoons salmon juice.
    Mix salmon, egg and onion.
    Stir in flour.
    Add baking powder to juice.
    Stir in mixture.
    Fry in Crisco.
