Shrimp Louisiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. fresh shrimp
    3 lb. butter
    4 green onions, minced
    2 Tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter; add onions.
    Cook until brown.
    Add shrimp; cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Add pepper, salt, onion tops and parsley; cook 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 10 servings.
